We made a few changes to the Tee Time sign up procedure for 2024. We hope it will make things easier for you. The tee time calendar will be available to book your tee time at 7 pm on the Sunday 1 week before league day. If you are one of our working members and need to be out early, the first hour of tee times is available for you. You may book your tee time on Sunday before 7 pm, 1 weeks before league day.
This is on the honor system, so please do not abuse it.
To book a Tee Time online:

Click on a date on the calendar
Click on a time, then add the time
Complete the name and email information
Complete appointment
You can book yourself and one other person; If you book for another person, please input both emails. Our members that are taking advantage of our early Sunday sign up, can only sign up for themselves.
To Cancel:
You will have received an email confirmation of your tee time. Save that confirmation, as it has a place to cancel the tee time if need be. You will need to call Helen Loughran (847-309-3718) or Eileen Johns (847-814-3658) to cancel if it is 48 hours before your tee time. On the Monday before your tee time, you will need to call Helen or Eileen as well as the Pro Shop (847-724-0250). No shows will be charged (meaning they will take away one of your pre-paid games.)
